I don’t know what was in the water Jordi and I were drinking on Monday morning, but our latest podcast has already gotten a fair bit of love.
One such person even said we were “riffing.”
I had to look up what that meant, but yeah, I agree that we were spittin’ marketing brilliance all ova da mics…
Anyway…
At some point in the conversation, Jordi asks me how to construct emails people want to read.
And because I had a Gatorade bottle sitting in front of me, I used them as an example of how to market and sell water bottles without ever “selling”, well, water bottles.
You might say I provided unsolicited consulting advice to Gatorade.
Interested to hear what I said?
Listen to the whole breakdown at the link below.
If you’re the type of person who would want to know how to sell something as vanilla as a water bottle via email (and actually get results), then I’d go out on a limb and say you’ll look back on the episode and say it was pretty epic.
For the impatient types (I get it, shit is busy these days) go from 20 minutes in.
Enjoy.
