That’s what our physio Justin said to me as we figured out what we’d do with his 20 hours of work in July of 2020.
Luck had been kind to the both of us…
Just two weeks prior to the first COVID lockdown, Justin had taken a permanent, part-time shift on a Saturday morning to provide some extra physio coverage.
This stroke of good fortune meant that he was eligible for Job Keeper – it gave Justin a guaranteed 20 hours of work (despite only being employed for 4)… which was a win for both him and I.
Instead of wasting time writing blogs about carpel tunnel syndrome (who reads those silly blogs anyway?), he spent the compulsory 3 months of gym closures putting together the most complete and ambitious ACL rehab framework that we’d ever heard of.
Every set & every rep.
Both on the gym and on the pitch.
All built out into one program that accounted for everything you could imagine…
Graft type… existing training age… sport… non-operative… brace-protocol…
Every element was accounted for.
By the time it was done — some 500 hours later — it was seriously epic.
So when we were allowed to reopen 3 months later, we were able to attract 5 or so ACL athletes into our training schedule, which we called ‘Rehab Gym.’
Early on – we were treating those extra sessions as ‘overflow’ for the athletes that couldn’t make our M/W/F schedule because 5 athletes was hardly enough to justify a full program.
But 6 months later, the 5 rehab athletes had become 50, and Justin was now one of three in the team.
And as I write this – exactly two years later – that number is well over 120 and the team is much larger again.
And while we’d never be so bold to say it, others have called our program:
“The Gold Standard.”
One of the bonuses of producing a “gold-standard” program is that it will completely transform your business, too.
When Justin uttered those famous last words, the gym was bringing in 600k (pretty good by most standards).
It will now well and truly exceed 3 million in 2022/23… which takes it to the level of‘unrealistic success’ if you ask me.
And while there was definitely risk – the worst-case scenario ended up being something most of us would only ever dream of.
Looking back… It’s crazy to think that one decision like a systematic framework for rehabbing the ACL… could play such a pivotal role in our success.
And if we’re entirely honest… we still sometimes pinch ourselves just to make sure it’s all real.
Now, with our rehab system humming like clockwork, we believe it’s time to pay it forward, so you can achieve what has been so life-changing for us.
But here’s the lowdown.
Our 10-week ACL Mentorship is NOT for everyone.
– It’s not for the practitioner who wants to rub old people’s backs day in and day out.
– It’s not for the practitioner that doesn’t want to be accountable to a great result.
– And, it’s not for the practitioner who doesn’t want to have a stampede of athletes ready and waiting to work with you week in, week out, for 9 months at a time.
Because what the ACL Mentorship WILL do is completely transform your business.
You’ll have more athletes than you’ll know what to do with (which means hiring more staff and expanding your bottom line).
You’ll have more fun (which means a better work culture).
And you’ll have more people shouting your name from the rooftops (because you’ll actually blow people’s expectations out of the water).
Now of course, that kind of success is not for everyone.
In fact, it’s not for the vast majority of physio’s, practice owners or S&C coaches.
It’s only for the people who know that there is a better model out there…
… But don’t know how to implement it seamlessly, effortlessly and effectively…
We sold out the intake, and even let two more people in because we didn’t want to say no to them.
With more people still enquiring, we’ve decided to draw a hard and fast line at 20 successful applicants.
That means you could be one of eight.
If you’re one of the brave ones that know that they’re just one good system away from blowing up their business, then click the link below to apply.
You might very well be one decision away from unlocking a whole new level of opportunity in your business.
